Leadership for Front Line Supervisors

Our 2-day intensive leadership course to elevate your skills with practical, actionable strategies. Crisis Leadership Course

Master the art of leading when it matters most with our Crisis Leadership Course. This program equips leaders with the essential skills to navigate high-stakes, unpredictable situations. Through a blend of immersive case studies and realistic simulations, you’ll learn to make decisive, informed decisions under pressure. Coaching Services

Our mission is to empower professionals across all sectors with personalized coaching that cultivates leadership, fosters professional growth, and drives organizational excellence, one individual at a time.

Who should seek coaching services?

Coaching services through WLS focus on new employees, experienced team members, and those transitioning into a formal leadership role.

  • New Employees- These coaching services will focus on building confidence, decision making, stress management, and understanding of your role in the organization.
  • Experienced Team Members- Working together, we will develop a program to enhance your leadership skills, decision-making under pressure, and conflict resolution. We will also focus on your role as an exemplary follower, also referred to as an informal leader.
  • Transitioning to a formal leadership role- Transitioning to a formal leadership role can be difficult at times. This service will focus on strategic thinking, building successful teams, and organizational management. Your role as a formal leader requires that you are always thinking at least two ranks above your current rank.  Develop an understanding of how and why decisions are made at the Command level. Transitioning to a formal role will require some degree of separation, which will be explored.
  • Comprehensive Support Package – This is for anyone who wants the comfort of accessing coaching services on an ongoing basis.  It is recommended that you complete one of the entry-level packages first, but it is not required. This package requires a twelve-month contract.
